Frank J McDonald Property Management Inc. was founded by Frank J. McDonald and began managing Properties in 1990. Frank J. McDonald was involved in property management and real estate for over 45 years. He was a seasoned professional with exceptional team building and communication skills. Frank's innovative marketing strategies proved to be highly successful in maximizing asset performance. Clients benefited from his extensive network of contacts and long-standing experience as an owner of commercial and residential properties. Frank J. McDonald passed away on March 30th, 2009 and is missed by everybody at our company.

Frank's partner and good friend since 1996, Harvey Belfer holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University and worked as credit manager at the Federal Business Development Bank and the Bank of Leumi for ten years. Harvey Belfer then worked as a financial advisor to a number of small and medium sized businesses before entering the real estate industry in 1993.
